Dr. Kalyan Dandala
Dr. Kalyan Dandala is passionate about changing the status quo for psychiatric care. He has been a leader in TMS Treatment in The Nation and is a Clinical Consultant for the most preferred TMS system by physicians: Magventure. His goal is to make TMS available to as many people as possible and was the first Physician in Washington State to make it available to Medicare and Medicaid patients. He continues to work with the National Clinical TMS Society to expand TMS treatments to pain, addiction, dementia, autism and other diseases on top of depression and anxiety.
Dr. Kalyan Dandala is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has several publications and is a member of the American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, American Society of Addiction Medicine, American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and the Clinical TMS Society.
Nga Thien Lieu (Suzie) – Nurse Practitioner
Suzie is a caring and compassionate nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She goes the extra mile to ensure her patients receive the best care. Suzie has been trained and certified in delivering TMS and has treated hundreds of patients over the years with great success
Arabelle Estrada, MSN, FNP-BC – Nurse Practitioner
Arabelle Estrada is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Samuel Merritt University in the San Francisco Bay Area. She enjoyed seven fulfilling years as a Registered Nurse in various areas of practice and eventually became the Director of Nursing at an addiction treatment center in the Pacific Northwest. She then obtained a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Seattle Pacific University and holds a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has experience treating patients in multiple specialties including primary care and behavioral health. She is well versed in treating mental health disorders with medication management and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). She is passionate about helping others and her goal for her patients is to individualize and optimize outcomes.
Michelle Cabrera – TMS Coordinator
Michelle comes with 15 years of experience in the medical field. Prior to joining Dr. Dandala and helping spearhead the largest TMS program in Washington State in 2017, Michelle worked in Chemical Dependency for 13 years in admissions. Michelle knows and understands the challenges patients face with their insurance companies wanting TMS. She works hard to make that process as easy as possible for them and advocates for her patients. She is a dog lover and is passionate on the Organization’s vision to make the World a happier place.
Bradley Palitz – Assistant TMS Coordinator
Brad has been working in the mental health field for many years. He comes with a wide skill set and wears many hats. He is passionate about getting patients the best possible care and shares the vision of DAN MED TMS to elevate the standard of care in mental health. Brad is a foodie, a techy, and loves spending time with his two cats.
AJ Hansen – TMS Tech
AJ is passionate about helping people and making a meaningful connection in the process. His family has experienced significant medical issues and he has witnessed firsthand the positive effects that medical staff can have on a patient, and strives to have that effect on every patient’s life. In his spare time he likes playing baseball and video games, and baking delicious cookies.
Chris Hagenbuch – TMS Tech
Chris has been working as a TMS treater with Dr. Dandala for 2 years now. They share a passion for providing the best treatment and wanting to elevate the standard of care with TMS for depression, anxiety and other illnesses it can help treat. He is very passionate about bringing out the best in people and has a track record of leading by example. He graduated from Highline College in 2011 with a degree in Applied Science, and holds multiple computer science certificates.
Amanda Mangas – TMS Tech
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Washington where she majored in biochemistry. She has always enjoyed working in healthcare with experience helping patients at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Confluence Health in central Washington. Amanda believes in quality healthcare and giving patients the best care possible at DAN MED TMS. In her free time Amanda enjoys going on walks with her dog and traveling.
Kassey Castro – TMS Tech
Before joining DAN MED TMS, Kassey taught music in inner city public schools in the Seattle area. His passion to enrich the lives of children through the gift of music carries through in his spirit to help his patients have the best possible care. In his spare time, Kassey loves to cook and create music. He is known to even sing a song or two for his patients from time to time to help with their recovery from the depths of depression and anxiety. He also directs the Level Up! Vocal Ensemble, a choir specializing in performing video game music. Kassey has a Bachelors of Music degree from the University of Washington and is a Seattle native.
